This is my fifth year at Central Middle School. I am excited about the 2019-20 school year. I look forward to our lively discussions in class about not just what has happened in history but what is happening today in our world. Previously, I worked at Northwest School. I have my undergraduate degree in elementary education from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I also have my master's degree in reading and learning disabilities from DePaul University. I have been married for 19 years to my husband Kevin. I have three kids. My son Ryan is 17 and is a senior in high school. I have two daughters. My daughter Kailey is 15 and is a sophomore in high school and Grace is 12 and she is in 7th grade. I am excited to share my love for history and current events with my students!
