Core Concepts: Chemistry and Biology
The eighth grade science curriculum focuses on introducing students to the scientific theories involved with Chemistry and Biology. Students will be engaged in lab activities, group projects, conduct scientific investigations, practice math, develop their scientific vocabulary, and practice their critical thinking skills. These activities will help every student achieve a better understanding of how the natural world operates and how their actions influence this world.
