My name is Ms. Miller-Moralez and I am very excited to be teaching at Central Middle School. This will be my first year teaching in Evergreen Park Elementary School District 124. Previously I’ve taught 6th and 7th grade as a science teacher. I have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, a Master's in Elementary Education, and a Master's degree in Biological Sciences. My passions in life are teaching, science and art, as you can see in my educational experience.
In all my experiences as a teacher, I believe one thing with all my heart: every student deserves quality education that is suitable to their individual needs. I believe every student is an individual and special in their own way. When I approach instruction, I consider all of my students needs as I create fun and innovative lessons. I believe science education is the most creative. Technology is an everyday component in my lessons. I strive to be the best and expect my students to do the same. Encouragement and support is a definite component in my classroom philosophy.
I look forward to meeting all my students and creating a wonderful learning environment for science. Students will have the opportunity to see the world in new ways as they learn science concepts throughout the school year. I am also passionate about the Science Fair and hope to encourage students to be excited about their projects and really love what they do.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to teach, encourage and enlighten the students of Central Middle School!
